Delivery Terms

1) Become a Member with Up-to-Date Information

You must make sure that the member form you fill out contains complete and up-to-date information. In case of any problem that may arise after your order, our customer representatives will contact you using your contact information in your membership information. Your order will be sent to the delivery address you entered. In order to avoid any problems during the delivery of the cargo, you must write your address with all the details.

2) Track Order and Cargo

You can add the product to your cart by going to the page of the product you want to buy, choosing the color and size you like, and clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Afterwards, you can complete your order by clicking "My Cart" at the top right of our page, and typing your payment information after the cargo and delivery information that will be asked to you through our system.

a) With which cargo company will my order be sent?

MNG Cargo shipment will be provided for your orders that you will place on our site in cash at the door, credit card at the door, in installments and for your purchases in the form of one-shot.

b) How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free for your purchases of 300 TL or more . For all the cities in Turkey, the shipping fee is fixed at 29.50 TL for your purchases on our site . If you prefer payment at the door , +20,00 TL will be added to your Payment at the Door Service Fee, which should be paid to the cargo company.

c) I have placed my order, what will happen next?

After your order reaches our system without any problems, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address that you used to create a membership on our site, stating the details of your order. Your products will be delivered to the cargo company within 6-7 days due to the corona virus epidemic we are in as the whole world and Turkey, due to the limited working hours of us and the cargo companies, our work by maintaining social distance, and the intensity experienced in the cargoes. When your product is delivered to the cargo company, an e-mail will be sent to you again and you will be informed about the cargo.

d) How can I track the status of my order?

After logging in to all the orders you have placed on our site, or from the Message (Chat) Module on our site, click on => "Enter Order Information" and enter your Order Number ( Ex: MiniHobievi12342020 ) and your E-mail address you have placed the order in. The system will automatically match. and it will show your Current Order status. Or you can follow it from the My Orders section on your member page.

d) My order has been shipped. How can I check its status?

After logging in to track your order on our site, your orders are listed on your account page. You are notified of the cargo status next to your order that has been shipped, from your account on the site or by registered e-mail or sms. You can also track the status of your order in cargo by clicking on the Cargo Tracking number link.

3) Things to consider when receiving the product

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the cargo officer you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.

4) Warranty Conditions

* All products are under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.
* In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, make sure to check the product during the cargo delivery.
* Do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record in case of any damage.
* Please note that the product sent to you will be out of warranty in case of changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product.

5) Product Return Policy

In the event that the product you purchased on our site is faulty , within 7 days from the delivery date at the latest.
You need to contact us from the online support section or our contact number.
Following this information, the faulty product you will send to us with the courier company will be replaced with a new one. and will make the change as soon as possible. When the customer requests a change even though the products they want are sent correctly, the shipping costs will belong to him during the exchange process.
* If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.
